On Monday, 07th July I went up to Genting Highlands to spend some time with a friend of mine. Initially it was a day trip, but he insisted that I stayed overnight. So yup, I did just that. We watched “Wanted” a film starred by one of my favourite actresses; Angelina Jolie. The film is so cool, yet it is not that real; I do not believe for once the idea of bending a pathway taken by a shooting bullet is something a law of physics would accept it without much qualm.
Yet, the movie is not to be missed, folks.
The wee hours of 08th July 2008, I did something which it was wrong, but it did not hurt anyone else in the process. Thus I guess it was okay.
(On technical ground, I would not be able to disclose the details here, but I shall remember it for the rest of my life.. and I wish I could do it one more time.. hihihi)
I reached KL at 6:47pm, and rushed to Hentian Putra; the bus station for busses plying KL – east coast states of Peninsular Malaysia. I managed to grab a ticket to go onboard Mahligai Express.
(Exactly the same bus company that I took last time, and actually the same bus too.. the double-decker bearing the same number plate.)
On Wednesday, 09th July 2008, I reached Machang, Kelantan at 3:32am. My stepfather fetched me from the bus stop.
My sister took me to a stall by a roadside in Batu 30, Temangan in the evening to enjoy what she proclaimed as the stall which sells the best meat soup. And she said my other sister would make a routine visit to this place every time she returned to Machang. So I guess “Just Go For It!”.
Once we reached there, I ordered a bowl of “mee soup”. The first sip told me it was the best soup that I ever tasted in my life (so far).

(Sorry Ma, & my sisters, I have to mention it in such a way.. it was so good..)
On Thursday, 10th July 2008, I went to Kota Bharu to spend some quality time at KB Mall. On our way back, my mum asked my stepfather to stop at a restaurant which is known as “Kedai Makan Merbau Chondong” and it is located in Pulai Chondong, Machang.
It is not grandeur but I saw quite number of patrons there.

(The sign should be rewritten though; “Ada Dijual” is the correct usage of Malay grammar. There should be no space between “Di” and “Jual” because the fact that it is a verb, not a preposition.)

I guess my mum knows the fact one of my favourite dishes is fried “ayam kampung” which was available here.. and the food was nice too.
On Friday, 11th July 2008, I returned to KL.
